Minimum Orders
- The minimum initial order amount for a new account is $250 USD.
- The minimum re-order for an existing account is $150 USD
New Accounts
Before ordering, please fax to Mystic Feathers at 703.880.7088 a current copy of your business license, Federal Tax ID number.
When placing your first order we will need a credit card number, name as shown on the card, expiration date and Card Verification Number from the back of the card faxed to 703.880.7088. We will accept Electric Fund Transfer wires to our bank, but service fees will apply. Please email or fax us for wire instructions and fee.

Credit Policy
New accounts are pre-paid or COD for the first order. All accounts will be extended Net 30 after three credit references, and a bank reference have answered credit inquiries. We suggest you submit five or six credit references and a bank reference to speed up the credit investigation. Once credit is approved all accounts are offered 5% 7 days, Net 30.

Interest Fees
Invoices are mailed at the time products are shipped. Accounts over 30 days from the date of invoice will be assessed a 1.8% monthly fee. Accounts over 90 days will require future orders to be placed C.O.D.

Shipping
Ship dates average 48 hours to fours weeks. This is based on stock in house, custom orders, size of order and time of year; these and other variables may affect ship dates.
Mystic Feathers wholesale orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, DHL or UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
Shipping charges are the actual cost of shipping the items plus insurance and any additional charges by the carrier: e.g. fuel surcharges, any special pick up fees. Signature on delivery may be required on some orders. All of our orders require that they be shipped with tracking and insurance. Mystic Feathers and Baby Feathers retains the right to charge a $5 service fee on orders that require special packing or oversized boxes or crates for shipping. We will contact you at the time of order should there be a need for a handling charge on the order.
NOTE: Cookie melts are a wax product and are affected by to high temperatures. Care should be taken when shipping during summer months or to hotter climates. We ship via ground on Monday or Tuesday or each week to guard against weekend shipping delays; however we will be happy to provide a cold pack (for cold pack cost). Contact us for this service.
International Shipping
We require all funds received at Mystic Feathers, LLC or Baby Feathers, LLC in USA currency only. For EFT, please send us your fax number so we can fax you the wire instructions and any service fee for handling that will apply. All funds must clear our bank before we can ship the order.
Billing and ship-to addresses must be the same or we can not complete the transaction.
Most orders shipped outside the continental US will use DHL Global. If you have chosen another method we will be more than happy to work with you as all shipping charges and fees are the responsibility of the vendor.
Be advised that since you are considered the importer of record. As such you must:

Comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country and of all countries through which the order passes
- Pay all, if any, import duties and taxes
- Pay all, if any, additional charges as necessary (such as brokerage services for customs clearance)
Before confirming your order, we urge you to determine the amount of additional import charges, if any, for the merchandise you are ordering. If necessary, contact your local customs office for this information.
Returns - For Crystal orders only
Written Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs) must be requested by the customer and authorized by Mystic Feathers or Baby Feathers prior to the return of product.
The customer must supply original purchase order number and a copy of the invoice from Mystic Feathers, LLC or Baby Feathers, LLC.
Mystic Feathers or Baby Feathers will issue a credit on account once items are received by us and will ship out new inventory items as requested upon receipt against account credit, any additional balance due will be billed as per account credit terms on file at the time of shipping.
Orders over ninety (90) days old will not be accepted for RGA or restocking.
Marred, chipped or damaged products will not be accepted under the restocking program.
Damaged Goods
Mystic Feathers, LLC or Baby Feathers, LLC must be contacted within 7 days of receipt with notice of damage claims. All our orders are insured by the carrier with whom they are shipped. Depending on the carriers insurance policy damaged items may need to be returned. All packing materials and broken items should be retained until the claim is settled or if directed returned to us. We will work with you to take care of the problem with a replacement or credit as fast as possible.
Custom Orders
We will gladly work with you on custom orders. Please feel free to contact us by phone to discuss any custom orders, but please be advised that we are unable to take custom orders by phone. Please email us at sales@MysticFeathers.com or fax to 703.880.7088 to confirm the custom order.
We retain the right to charge a 50% fee on custom orders that are cancelled after 5 days from the date of the order or PO.
Limited
Warranty
Mystic Feathers, LLC & Baby Feathers, LLC warranty conditions are limited to the following, whether express or implied:

One year warranty on defects in materials or workmanship effective as of invoice date.
- Mystic Feathers or Baby Feathers is not liable for labor or other costs relating to the sale, installation, use or replacement of its product for any damage caused by impact, abuse, or mishandling or damage by displaying.
